Tracey Lee is Strategic Advisor to Creatives for Climate, a global non-profit mobilising 6000+ creatives across 90+ countries. Through United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC)-recognised Plans to Accelerate and a partnership with Oxford Net Zero, they align creative influence with climate science to shift culture, markets and industry norms. Tracey has spent a career building global brands and leading strategy in Amsterdam in the Netherlands, Shanghai in China, New York in the US and in New Zealand, with agencies including 72andSunny, BBH and TBWA\Chiat\Day. She believes in the power of creativity to change narratives and futures. During the pandemic, she founded Every Kiwi Vote Counts to mobilise overseas votes. ‘Meddle In the New Zealand Election’ was recognised as #3 world’s most effective creative in the WARC EFFECTIVE 100 in 2022 with global creative recognitions including Best Social Campaign, Social Impact, Progressiveness and Bravery. She was President of the 2026 ONE SHOW Green Pencil.
