Val DiFebo is a recognised leader in the advertising industry. As CEO of DNY, she has been the driving force behind evolving DNY (formerly Deutsch New York) into the powerhouse it is today.

She has relentlessly pushed the agency forward, redefining its offerings to stay ahead in an ever-evolving industry. This past year, Val led DNY’s strategic evolution, launching SociStudio, a digitally native, creator-led content hub offering quick-turn solutions.

Under her leadership, DNY has earnt industry accolades for its groundbreaking work and inclusive culture. She has spearheaded partnerships with brands such as Johnson & Johnson, Kenvue, Microsoft, IKEA, Procter & Gamble, Samsung, Pfizer, Novartis, PNC Bank, Sherwin-Williams, and The Michael J.
