Biography
Vikram, fondly called Spiky, has defied many advertising industry norms — including job-hopping. While creatives often switch agencies, Spiky has remained loyal to Leo India for 18 years, rising from Junior Copywriter to Chief Creative Officer. He’s known for his eagerness to learn, strong bonds with teammates, and deep trust from clients.
Together with his partner Sachin, Spiky has transformed Leo India into a creative powerhouse. Under their leadership, the agency has become one of the most awarded in the region — ranked #1 Indian agency at Cannes Lions, The One Show, and D&AD for two consecutive years. In 2023, Leo India was named Asia-Pacific Creative Agency of the Year at Spikes and placed #2 at Global Effies.
Spiky consistently blends creativity, technology, and media. Highlights include Airtel’s "175 Replayed," Spotify’s hyper-local "There’s a Playlist for That," and Gatorade’s "Turf Finder."
