Viktor believes we live in a unique time where technology can bring 98% of ideas to life. Over his 20-year career, he has shown that nothing is impossible, exploring new creative and technological frontiers. He has worked with major clients like Philips, Beiersdorf, and Bayer, as well as non-profits such as USAID, UNFPA, and NDI. His projects range from AI that detects news propaganda to building space rovers.

Viktor founded ISD Group 20 years ago, making it a leader in digital advertising. Under his leadership, ISD Group has been named the most creative digital agency in Eastern Europe, winning awards at festivals like Cannes Lions, OneShow, D&AD, Eurobest, and Epica.

In 2014, Viktor founded KA.KA.HA, an innovation production house, to explore new ideas with top international agencies like W+K, AMVBBDO, and M&C Saatchi. In 2024, he was inducted into the Ukrainian Advertising Industry Hall of Fame.
