Xanthe Wells is a highly accomplished creative director with over 20 years of experience in advertising and brand marketing. She is currently the VP of Global Creative at Pinterest, leading all creative initiatives for Pinterest Marketing. Previously, she held leadership roles at Google and Nest, where she oversaw global creative teams and received international recognition for her work. Xanthe has also worked on social good initiatives at TBWA\Media Arts Lab for Good and co-founded several packaged goods brands. A recipient of multiple industry accolades, including Ad Age Woman to Watch, Ad Age 40 Under 40, and one of Business Insider’s 30 Most Creative Women in Advertising, Xanthe is known for her creativity, leadership, and strategic thinking in the advertising and marketing industry. Originally from San Francisco, Xanthe now resides in the Bay Area with her two children.
