A recognized expert in innovation marketing, social strategy, and digital transformation, Yael leads a multidisciplinary team spanning Marketing Sciences, Brand Strategy, Connection Planning, and Experience Design.

She began her career at Young & Rubicam and DDB NYC before founding R/GA’s StratLab, a pioneering strategic practice that accelerates innovation by harnessing diverse data and cultural insights. Over her career, Yael has shaped strategies for Google, eBay, Coty, Samsung, L’Oréal, Airbnb, Reddit, and more.
