General Manager of PepsiCo Korea, leading the company's strategic growth and operations since January 2025. YH joined PepsiCo Korea in 2011 as a Head of Marketing, where she drove brand equity building, Innovation and consumer engagement.

From 2016 to 2017, YH served as Whitespace Commercial Lead for PepsiCo Asia, exploring new market and new business model opportunities across Asia region. Between 2018 and 2024, YH led the Philippines Beverage business as Franchise Lead, strengthening partnerships with bottler and accelerating business growth and supporting Bottler Transformation.

Prior to joining PepsiCo, YH held key marketing and communications roles at Sony Korea, Cheil Communications Global HQ where she gained deep experience in brand storytelling, integrated campaigns, and consumer engagement.

A graduate of Yonsei University, YH brings over decades of experience in brand leadership, cross-cultural team management, and strategic market development across Asia.
