Zuza is Chief Creative Officer at TBWA Warsaw (ex-DDB Warsaw). She graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, Poland, and Art Students League in New York, USA. She’s been associated with advertising since 1999. While she was its Chief Creative Officer, TBWA Warsaw became one of the most awarded agencies in Poland, winning 3 times in a row the title of The Most Creative Agency of the Year (2023/2024/2025) and 6 times The Most Effective Agency of The Year. Since 2012, Zuza has won over 160 local and global awards, including eight Cannes Lions Awards, seven Eurobest Awards, The One Show, LIA, Facebook Awards, and Effie Awards (including two Grands Prix and two Euro Effie). In 2025, she won a Gold Lion in Brand Experience & Activation and 2 Bronzes and a Silver in Craft and Outdoor. She was a member of a Cannes Lions Jury in 2021, Clio jury in 2024, The One Show jury in 2025 and Gerety Awards jury in 2024 and 2025.
