Coaching and Mentoring

After two successful years at the Young Lions Academies, coaching returns to Cannes Lions in 2024 – now available for all Festival delegates.
Provided by expertly qualified and certified coaches from The Coach House, coaching will help you take real-life situations and feel empowered to find solutions. Solve questions like:
How can I be more confident?
How do I find my purpose?
How can I deal with stress and burnout?
What's the best way of talking to my boss?
How can I lead a team?
The Coach House will host two coaching pods in the Academy with 45-minute, 1:1 sessions available throughout the week. Two further pods will be based in the Rotonde. Helen Tiffany will also be speaking in the Academy every evening, where you can join in with her 'Career Conversations'.
Mentorship by Project Management Institute
It’s hard to find time to be creative. That’s why the team at Project Management Institute are bringing experts in project management to the Festival to mentor you on project management skills, efficiency and organisation, freeing up more time to be creative, how to drive impactful work and delivering project success on your path towards leadership.
This is a new initiative to complement the existing coaching programme.
