She's behind culture-creating work which has shifted the perception of the world's biggest brands and catapulted Mischief from a start-up to GQ’s Most Creative Companies in the World, and #1 agency of the year five times over by Ad Age, Adweek, Campaign US and Effies, in just three years. Bianca was named Creative Director and Creative Team of the Year by Ad Age and Campaign US in 2022 and 2024. Her work has won more than 100 awards internationally, including an Emmy. Bianca has built the creative department she dreamed of working for and is a huge champion of women and diverse talent in advertising.
