Biography
Calum began his career in aviation working in the call centre, at the airport and as a cabin crew for Go, BA's low-cost airline. He later worked for Virgin, Air New Zealand and Etihad Airways. He joined BA in April 2022 from his role as Chief Customer Officer at Vueling and has relocated from Barcelona to London. In his current role as British Airways’ Chief Customer Officer, Calum leads the airline’s brand and marketing, cabin crew, customer care, onboard, lounge and ground experience teams across the globe.
