A seasoned world traveller before she could legally drive, Divya Dileep learned early that no matter who we are, where we’re from, what we look like, or who we love, we’re all connected.

Her innate talent for divining these common threads— especially among underserved populations—rocketed her to creative lead, SVP, ECD at TBWA\World Health.

Divya has a deep understanding of therapeutic categories ranging from mental health and gene therapy, women’s health and vaccines, rare and neurodegenerative diseases, HIV and oncology, anti-infectives, and diabetes. She’s put her passion into practice with some of the biggest players in the health space, including Moderna, Bluebird Bio, and Karuna, and as a CLIO juror (2019, 2023, and 2024).

She built the first CDM oncology group (which quickly grew into the agency’s largest revenue driver), winning her the agency’s LifeChanger Award. As a mother, Divya started an initiative helping new parents transition back into agency life.

Just as travelling the world made an indelible impact on her, Divya seeks to make the same impact on the world of health.
