Laura Visco is an Argentinian creative entrepreneur, founder, and speaker living and working between Barcelona and London. She’s the founder and driving force behind Amiga, Hablemos de Plata, a movement urging women to discuss money openly. She’s also currently in the process of launching a menopause-related content platform called RUTH.

In her 20+ years of experience, Laura led agencies and creative teams across the globe. Embarking on the next phase of her career as a creative entrepreneur, she's resolute in forging her own path to personal growth, diverging from industry norms.

Laura's commitment always extends far beyond advertising; she actively engages in important social and political issues. Laura has worked tirelessly to advocate for female reproductive rights and, more recently, rallied her fellow Argentinians living abroad to exercise their voting rights.

Laura received many industry accolades. In 2021, Laura was recognized as one of AdAge's Leading Women, and in 2019, she was honoured as Adweek's Women Trailblazer. Her commitment to advancing diversity in the advertising industry also earned her the prestigious 3% Conference Three Cheers award.

Laura's excellence in creativity was further acknowledged in 2018 when she was nominated for 'Creative Director of the Year' at AdAge's Creativity Awards.
