Committed to effecting positive change within the creative industry, she engages in various industry roles, including serving as D&AD Jury President, D&AD Shift Sponsor, Creative Circle/DMA/Effie UK Judge, and BIMA UK Creative Council Member. As well as mentorship programmes such as 'Mentor Black Business,' 'Gender Equity Mentor,' and 'Who's Your Momma,' all geared towards promoting inclusivity and diversity within our creative community.
