Martha Rzeppa has been leading teams in all shapes and forms for many years. She started her career abroad, working for more than a decade across various marketing agencies in Amsterdam, London and New York City before she moved to Berlin six years ago. Now she is Managing Director at the cultural marketing agency UEG which brings global brands together with the relevant voices of today to shape the Zeitgeist and contemporary storytelling.

She has more than a decade of experience in running teams and pushing creative and operational boundaries forward across many industries – from tech, finance and consulting to consumer goods, design, art, luxury and entertainment.
