Sinan is a passionate, visionary, and results-oriented leader who started his professional career nearly 30 years ago at Kraft Turkey. He then spent 17 years in senior management and general management roles at The Coca-Cola Company, working at local, regional, and global levels.

Before joining Idea Bakery in June 2023, he served as the CEO of Ajinomoto Turkey for 6 years. During his time there, he led the market entry to Turkey by acquiring and merging two companies. His responsibilities included overseeing Turkey, and the Middle East, and building a hub for expansions into surrounding countries.

Sinan brings diverse functional and geographical experience from around the world, as well as extensive entrepreneurial experience in starting up and exiting food and beverage companies.

He holds board memberships at industry organisations and is a founding member of the Yanındayız (We Are With You) Association, focusing on gender equality.

Sinan is also an investor with a passion for technology and a lifelong learner at MIT Sloan School, HBS, and Wharton.

In his free time, he loves to travel the world and enjoy a gourmet lifestyle, with a special focus on Japanese cuisine. He also enjoys baking chocolate chip cookies with his daughter.
