About Brixton Finishing School

Brixton Finishing School disrupts the way the Creative, Media & Marketing Industries recruit talent. They are an ‘end to end ‘ solution to the industry’s diversity challenges.

Brixton Finishing School provides free, premium learning experiences, delivering creative and digital skills and real-world advertising experiences nationwide for structurally excluded talents. They prepare our their students for a pool of entry-level roles available just for them or for jobs in the wider industry. Their programmes include The ADcademy (18-30 years - 2,500), ADventure (Career Talks for 100,000 14-19 year olds, Brixton Finishing School (50, 18-25 year olds, London).

About The Digilearning Foundation

The Digilearning foundation, a UK charity, helps young people to find their superpowers and industry find their superheroes. They uncover, nurture and support under-served and underrepresented young people; helping them to step into fulfilling careers across digital and creative industries.

Developing untapped talent is at the heart of everything they do. Working with innovative and emerging companies within the industry means they can attract, train and help businesses retain diverse young people and create pipelines and pathways for their future.

About Lollipop Mentoring CIC

Lollipop Mentoring CIC is a non-profit organisation that connects Black professional women with mentors to improve leadership prospects, create networking opportunities, and promote better mental health. The organisation offers mentorship, workshops, and leadership training to support diversity and inclusion in the workplace, and has delivered successful programs with 350 registered mentees and mentors in just over 18 months of operation. Lollipop also offers a bespoke internship program to help businesses cultivate diverse and mutually fulfilling internships.
