This highly customised two-day programme enables senior marketing leaders to return to their companies better prepared to deliver sustainable brand value.

The programme runs alongside the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity and is led by Jim Stengel, former Global Marketing Officer of P&G, with direct input from CMOs and agency CEOs attending the Festival.

Who is it for?

  • Mid-to senior-level brand leaders and heads of product divisions from any size company, any industry, and any country within the private or public sectors.
  • Plus executives who have recently been promoted to positions of significant managerial responsibility or are clearly on track for such roles.

You need:

  • At least 10 years of work experience
  • A minimum of three to five years of management experience

Delegates attend the Festival to watch seminars, see the work and network, before coming together for two days with Jim Stengel.

The group will talk about the issues they face, with exclusive speaker sessions and bespoke content presented in an intimate learning environment.

We curate these two days of insights to meet the specific needs of senior leaders in the industry. Before the programme, we connect with attendees to gather individual burning issues to map out the programme.

What you'll learn

The New Leadership Mandate for Next-Gen CMOs is the theme for this year's CMO Accelerator.

We will look at how to courageously lead with purpose and how to confront the fear of failure and risk, an elephant in the room in many brand-building organisations and a factor which has not been addressed significantly. We aim to change that this summer.

The former Global Marketing Officer of P&G, where he oversaw an $8B advertising budget and helped the company win Creative Marketer of the Year in 2008.

Jim has served as Dean of the Young Marketers Academy Since 2013.
