Helen is the CEO of The Coach House and is an executive coach with more than 10,000 hours of coaching and mentoring and a hand in the development of the coaching industry as Vice Chair of the Association for Coaching.

She has built her experience in the creative industries over 25 years and has a deep understanding of individual and organisational needs, helping leaders and organisations develop and grow, face challenges, manage change and build confidence.

She also designed and leads The Coach House Certificate programme, where her mission is to train the next generation of coaches with care, rigour and expertise.
