Jae Goodman is Founder and CEO of Superconnector Studios, a management consultancy, brand entertainment producer, and talent-led consumer product accelerator. The company was named one of Fast Company’s World’s Most Innovative Companies in 2024, 2025, and 2026, ranking #2 in 2025 behind Liquid Death.

Superconnector Studios created and exclusively partners with LVMH’s 22 Montaigne Entertainment and AB InBev’s draftLine Entertainment, while advising major brands, agencies, studios and distributors. The company also launched consumer brands including Sonrisa Rum and Drop of Sunshine Wines with Treasury Wine Estates and Hello Sunshine.

Previously, Goodman founded Observatory after serving as the first Chief Creative Officer and Co-Head of CAA Marketing at Creative Artists Agency. He has earned four Emmys, 36 Cannes Lions Awards, 17 Webbys, and five Gold Effies and currently serves as Board Chair of Effie Worldwide.
