Before that, Jaime co-founded JOAN Creative in 2016 and served as its Chief Creative Officer for a decade, helping build it into one of the most awarded independent agencies in the world – named one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies, Independent Agency of the Year by Campaign, and Small Agency of the Year by ADWEEK.

Over the course of her career, Jaime has been honoured as one of Fast Company’s 100 Most Creative People in Business, Ad Age’s 40 Under 40 and ADWEEK’s Creative 100. She serves on the Board of The One Club for Creativity.

She has won nearly 40 Cannes Lions Awards, including three Grands Prix, and has served as Jury President for the Mobile Lions and Glass: The Lion for Change and as Juror on the Titanium Lions.
