Lisa Glonti is a multidisciplinary creative and art director based in Berlin. Originally from Tbilisi, Georgia, she studied Digital Media and Communication at GIPA and trained in Art Direction at Miami Ad School Europe in Berlin.

She worked as a freelance creative before joining BBDO Germany as an Art Director, and in June 2025 moved to Grabarz & Partner's innovation unit.

In 2023, she was selected for the Roger Hatchuel Student Academy at Cannes Lions. In 2024, she represented Germany at the Cannes Lions Young Lions Competition in the Film category. In 2025, she was named to the W&V Top U33, recognizing emerging talents shaping the future of communications and creativity in Germany.
