He’s also the Founder of ImperActive, an ad agency focused on helping small brands find their voice and rise above the daily crap. According to the ACE Report (Luerzers Archive), ImperActive is currently ranked #10 in the US and has been for the past 3 years.

Luis has conducted workshops at The Cannes Lions Festival, Miami Ad School, VCU Brandcenter, Creative Ladder and more than a few ad agencies and brands around the globe.

His love for advertising only compares with his devotion to football (soccer in the US), coffee and street art.
