Nic is a senior leader of the Global Product and Marketing Team in The LEGO Group based at their headquarters in Denmark. She is co-owner of the marketing transformation within The LEGO Group and heads up one of the most advanced internal agencies “Our LEGO Agency” - with nearly 500 people across the world in Billund Denmark (HQ), Copenhagen, Boston, Singapore, Shanghai and London.

Nic’s ambition is to continue to make THE LEGO Brand one of the world’s most loved as well as maintain the wonderful growth that the company has experienced with an ongoing focus on purpose, creativity, and marketing innovation.

She has a global advertising career spanning 25 years leading award-winning agencies. She is enjoying Danish life in Billund with her wife Claire and daughter Ruby.
