Nic is a senior leader of the Global Product and Marketing Team in The LEGO Group based at its headquarters in Denmark. She is co-owner of the marketing transformation within The LEGO Group and heads up one of the most advanced internal agencies, Our LEGO Agency – with over 400 people across the world in Denmark (HQ), the US, Singapore, China and the UK.

She has a global advertising career spanning 25 years leading award-winning agencies. Prior to joining The LEGO Group, Nic was CEO of Catorce DDB, a global agency headquartered in Barcelona, Spain. Before joining Catorce, Nic was the CEO of McCann World Group Australia, leading a national team and integrated offering across four office locations.

Nic is married to her soulmate Claire. They have a young daughter Ruby who goes to the LEGO International Billund School.
