As Head of Production, North America at GUT, Renata has played a central role in the agency's evolution - helping grow its HQ and launch offices in LA, New York, and Toronto.

Her work spans iconic brands such as PepsiCo, RBI, Kraft-Heinz, Google, and AB InBev, and has contributed to campaigns earning 115 Cannes Lions, including a Titanium Grand Prix, plus honors from D&AD, One Show, the Clios, and The ANDYs.

She is also a mother of twins, and she refuses to separate those two truths. Renata believes that showing up fully in both roles is its own form of leadership: proof, for her children and for the next generation of women entering this industry, that ambition and family are not opposing forces.
