Biography
Sara Smoler is a strategic leader at Prophet, where she fuels uncommon growth for the firm and its clients through expertise in business development and relationship building. She brings a unique perspective shaped by roles at consumer-focused, innovation-driven companies like Shiseido and Gucci. Prior to Prophet, Sara led Business Development at Ogilvy, where she drove North American revenue growth and, at 25, became the youngest woman to lead Ogilvy Chicago’s New Business team, securing $13M in new revenue. Recognized on Forbes’ 30 Under 30 in Marketing & Advertising, she is also part of the Adweek Young CMO Mentorship Program. Sara guest lectures at Columbia Business School, University of Michigan, and NYU. She serves on the Columbia Business School Young Alumni Board and the Michael J. Fox Foundation’s Young Professionals Board and holds an MBA from Columbia and a BA from the University of Michigan.
