Breakfast Workshop 1 will focus on how CMOs can move from AI experimentation to measurable business value. The conversation will build on the themes likely to surface across the CMO Forum and the wider Cannes agenda:
where value is being created, where it is getting stuck, and what is required to scale AI responsibly inside large organizations.
Breakfast Workshop 2 will explore how Agentic AI could reshape campaign management - from planning and orchestration to optimization and measurement. The discussion will expand the AI themes across the CMO Forum and wider Cannes agenda, with a focus on what CMOs need to understand as marketing workflows become more intelligent, connected, and autonomous.
