WACL Empower Cafe

Empower Café returns to the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity in 2026 as an official part of the Festival programme, delivered in partnership with Women in Advertising and Communications Leadership (WACL) and Propeller. Now in its third year, Empower Café is bigger and more ambitious than ever, with a new purpose-built space in the heart of the festival. Designed as an inclusive, welcoming hub, it brings together people of all genders to connect, collaborate and take part in the conversations shaping the future of the industry. Built on WACL’s mission to support, inspire and campaign for change, the space will host a curated programme of talks, discussions and networking moments across the week. Daily themes including Return on Inclusion, Lessons in Leadership, Sports, Tech for Good and Reflections will spotlight the ideas, people and partnerships redefining growth and impact. Just moments from the Palais, Empower Café offers a space to step into thoughtful, high-impact conversations, build meaningful connections, and experience a different kind of Cannes — one where everyone feels seen, heard and part of what comes next.
