Onsite Festival FAQ's

Head to any of the information desks around the Palais (all marked in the official app) for general directions, advice and if you need any specific assistance. You can also look out for the here-to-help staff who’ll be easy to spot in ‘Staff’ t-shirts and badges.

If it’s your first time at the Festival, you can visit the First Timers tour booth, right at the bottom of the red carpet stairs, to sign up for a tour of the Festival and get your bearings. To book through the app and find out about other initiatives for first-timers, simply search ‘First-Timer’.

Join the official Cannes Lions WhatsApp Channel and our Instagram Broadcast, where we’ll be sending the latest news, insider tips and everything you need to get the most out of your Festival experience.

We have a support team on standby during Festival hours throughout the week, they will be onsite Sunday 15th from 8am - 8pm and you can contact them directly +44 (0) 743225596 . Have a look closer to the Festival to view the direct contact line or visit the First Timers tour booth at the bottom of the red carpet stairs. If you are pregnant, you’re welcome to request a ‘Cub on Board’ badge—a discreet way to let others know you may need additional space or support during your time at the Festival.

Our luggage storage area can be found next to our Contractor Hut, which is just between Badge Collection (Gare Maritime) and the Barriere Casino.

We’re partnering with Nipperbout offer complimentary childcare during the Festival. While all available slots are now fully booked, a waitlist is open for those still interested. Morning and afternoon sessions run throughout Festival week.

If you’re looking for places to charge your phone or PC, we have outlets available in the Basement, the Cannes Lions Campus and Rotonde, which are solar-powered.

We’re accommodating to anyone who needs to bring a service or emotional support animal to the Festival. Just get in touch and we’ll arrange it for you. We’ll have a special relief area for your animals just in front of the Palais, in the Parvis.

A calming space open to everyone, all week – located a few minutes away from the main stages inside the Palais. A no-laptop, no-call area, the Quiet Lounge is your space to use if you’re feeling overwhelmed and need to take a moment for yourself.

A private space for parents to pump or breastfeed, just around the corner from the Quiet Lounge in the Palais, Level –1 (basement).

Refill your water bottle at our water stations throughout the week, signposted in the Cannes Lions 2025 app. If you forget to bring a refillable water bottle, you can grab complimentary water cartons at Registration.

Need to get around after dark? We know it can often be difficult to book transport in areas outside of Cannes during the Festival, especially late in the evening.

So, we’ve introduced a complimentary night bus service that will operate every evening of the Festival (Monday to Friday), every 45 minutes from 10pm until 2am. The bus will depart from Prom. de la Pantiero and serve Juan Le Pins, Mondelieu and Le Cannet, and run exclusively for Cannes Lions delegates.

There are medics and trained first-aiders on hand in the Palais and at the Cannes Lions Beach during the Closing Party. There’s a number of local pharmacists and doctors in Cannes, and the Cannes General Hospital has an after-hours and weekends GP service. Remember to carry your health card if you’re an EU resident, or medical insurance details if you’re an international visitor.

In the event of a serious incident or emergency, please call 112. Trained operators will either deal with your request directly or transfer you to the appropriate emergency service.

If someone looks unwell or seems in need of assistance and you’re concerned for their safety, explain your concern to a member of staff and ask that they help the person get home safely.

• Inside the Palais: We have medics and security staff on site to assist.
• Inside a hotel, bar, beach or yacht: Speak to a member of staff.
• In a public place: Call the police on 112.

If someone is extremely unwell and incapable of walking or standing, call an ambulance immediately on 112.
