See It Be It: The 2026 Digest
Learn, connect and take the next step
Now in its third year, The Digest gives you access to the world of See It Be It – a programme that elevates women and non-binary people in the creative industry.
Built on global learning, inspiration and networking, See It Be It puts community at its heart, and we’re excited to bring you on the journey towards equal representation of all genders in the creative industry.
The Digest is an interactive workshop event consisting of talks and discussions covering confidence, leadership, resilience and adaptability. It’s open to women and non-binary creatives looking to step into leadership, upskill and expand their network.
During this virtual session, you’ll:
- hear why See It Be It exists and how it’s already changing careers across the creative industry
- discover how to go from self-doubt to self-belief, with advice from alumni and creative leaders who’ve experienced the transformation
- learn what it means to lead as your truest self in creative leadership, even before you officially hold a senior title
- get comfortable with the non-linear ‘squiggly’ career path – learn how top creatives navigate uncertainty and bounce back stronger
- connect with the See It Be It community and dive deeper in breakout discussions.
