Alia Kemet is the Chief Marketing Officer of Shipt, a leading same-day delivery service and subsidiary of Target. She oversees all aspects of marketing strategy, brand management, and consumer experience, including media, creative, production, consumer insights, and loyalty.
With over 25 years of marketing expertise, Alia has influenced national and global iconic brands, including McCormick & Company, Franks RedHot, French’s Mustard, Cholula, IKEA, Whole Foods Market and Black Entertainment Television. Known for her ability to wake brands up and inspire marketers to be boldly courageous and collectively unstoppable, she drives transformative marketing strategies that blend creative vision with data and consumer insights.
