Biography

Ariana is redefining how brands grow—ensuring they do so with both relevance and responsibility. She began her career in diplomacy, quickly realizing that businesses often drive global progress more than governments. That insight drew her to the private sector, where she helped launch South America’s first Internet Banking Platform with Lloyds Bank and Andersen Consulting—marking the start of her digital strategy journey.

Born in Argentina, based in New York, and holding a Master’s in Media Studies and Sociology, Ariana has spent over two decades at the intersection of social sciences, cultural intelligence, and technological innovation. She decodes human behavior to understand how people engage with media, technology, and brands—constantly pushing boundaries in a fast-changing world.

A sought-after speaker on major global stages, Ariana is known for bold thinking, cultural fluency, and an instinct for what’s next. She’s a regular voice in media and podcasts and has chaired juries at the world’s top creative festivals. Before joining Accenture Song, she drove exponential growth at McCann Worldgroup as Global CSO of MRM, and led strategy at agencies including mcgarrybowen, The Vidal Partnership, and JWT.

She serves on the Board of Directors at the PVBLIC Foundation and is actively engaged in UN sustainability initiatives. A black belt in Tae Kwon Do and proud mother of two, Ariana leads with rigor, kindness, and fearless ambition.
