Dani is Chairman and CEO of Impact BBDO Group of Companies.

Over the last three decades he has held several leadership positions with BBDO including Chief Creative Officer MENA and Chairman of BBDO EMEA.

Dani is a member of the BBDO Worldwide Board, sits on the Omnicom Europe Board and serves as Chairman of the Board of Omnicom Media Group MENA.

Under Dani's leadership, Impact BBDO was named the Regional Agency Network MENA for six consecutive years at the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity and Campaign Magazine's Agency of the Year Global Best Network MEA for three consecutive years. Winning big at all major shows, the agency has been ranked number one in the WARC Creative 100 for Middle East and Africa three years running.

Dani has repeatedly featured in the Arabian Business Magazine list of ‘The World's 100 Most Influential Arabs’ most recently in 2023. He was named Dubai Lynx Advertising Person of the Year 2018 and Arab Ad’s Man of the Year 2017. In 2024, he was the first from the MENA region to be inducted into the Loeries Hall of Fame.
