Biography

Hang Nguyen Thi Thu is the Business Unit Director at Unilever Vietnam, a business/marketing lead with over 20 years of experience in crafting integrated strategies that drive transformative growth. She has been at the helm of some of Unilever’s most iconic brands such as P/S (Pepsodent), Closeup, Clear, Dove, Tresemmé, Lifebuoy, Comfort, Sunlight, Vim, and CIF— building them into household names that resonate deeply with Vietnamese consumers.

Throughout her journey, Hang has championed purpose-driven marketing, shaping brand missions that have positive impact to people's lives. Her belief in the power of brands to spark meaningful change has guided her in building campaigns that leave a lasting cultural imprint.

Today, she embarks on the next evolution of brand building—embedding brands in culture at scale to create demand through relevance, engagement, and connection to build lasting unmissable brands

Her groundbreaking work has earned her over 20 prestigious awards, including honors from the Mobile Marketing Association (MMA) at both regional and global levels as well as internal Unilever global recognition.

Hang had been Jury member for Vietnam’s MMA Awards and a devoted supporter of Vietnam Young Lions, helping to nurture the next generation of creative talent—a mission she embraces as her personal calling.
