Biography
Natalia is the Managing Director and Partner at Name, an independent agency redefining Colombia’s advertising landscape. In just its first year, Name has collaborated with industry giants like AB InBev, Brinsa, Addi, Empresas Polar, Spring, Camara de Comercio Electrónica, and Colombina. Notably, it stands as the only independent Colombian agency to earn recognition at Cannes Lions in its debut year with Refisal’s ‘The Saltiest Infuencer’.
Before embracing independence, Natalia spent over two decades as Executive Vice President at Sancho BBDO, Colombia’s largest agency. Under her leadership, Sancho BBDO was named the Most Effective Agency in the World five times by the Effie Index. She spearheaded transformative campaigns for global brands like GM, Visa, PepsiCo, Postobón, Movistar, Ecopetrol, Éxito, and the Colombian Foreign Affairs Ministry. Her work includes iconic campaigns such as ‘Colombia, the only risk is wanting to stay’, ‘Chevrolet University’, ‘Éxito Audiometers’ and ‘Señor Toronjo’ that were recognized at Cannes Lions, LIA, One Show, and many other festivals.
Beyond advertising, Natalia is an active board member in the tourism and hospitality sectors, bringing her strategic vision to industries beyond marketing.
