Biography
Born and raised in Jordan, Natalie’s journey into advertising began after earning a BA in Fine Arts. With 20 years of diverse experience, she has built a remarkable career across some of the most renowned agencies globally, including Impact BBDO, VML, JWT, MullenLowe, and Serviceplan. Throughout her career, she’s led campaigns for iconic brands such as Emirates Airline, PepsiCo, Orange Telecom, HSBC, Pizza Hut, Unilever, Bloomingdale’s and many more, demonstrating a keen ability to bridge creativity and business strategy.
At Serviceplan Middle East, Natalie’s leadership transformed the agency, elevating its creative reputation and driving business growth. By fostering a culture of collaboration, empathy, and well-being, she helped the agency earn the prestigious title of Independent Agency of the Year at the Dubai Lynx Awards in 2022 and 2024. Her leadership style emphasizes collaboration, empathy, and team well-being, fostering an environment where teams can thrive and deliver outstanding results even in challenging situations.
Beyond her work at the agency, Natalie is a respected voice in the industry, regularly judging prestigious events like the Gerety Awards and Shots Awards EMEA.
