Parattajariya Jalayanateja, affectionately known as Jammy, began her career immediately after graduating, starting as an Account Executive working on the Unilever account. Over the past 30 years, she has explored various client types and industries, and taken on different roles, ultimately becoming the CEO of VML Thailand.

Two things Jammy enjoys the most are meeting clients, listening to their stories and pain points, sharing ideas, and helping them find solutions—not just being an agency, but being their partner. She also relishes working with her team to tackle challenges.

The industry is unique, filled with pressures, but it offers the chance to merge scientific and creative elements. There is non-stop learning and evolving, and opportunities to connect with people possessing different unique skill sets within a unique culture. Upon reflection, Jammy realized she had fallen in love with the industry—a passion she has passed to her daughter without realizing it. Having grown up immersed in the agency environment, Jammy's daughter is now pursuing studies in art and strategic understanding. It’s close, isn’t it!
