Biography
Pats is an award-winning global strategist with over 25 years’ experience.
Her expertise stretches across brand, comms, social and digital strategy, from developing innovative digital products to building powerful global brand platforms.
She is privileged to have worked on some of the most iconic brands in the world at some of the most innovative agencies in the world, from BBH to The & Partnership to Isobar and Weber Shandwick.
At BBH, she helped lead the agency’s effectiveness agenda over a period when the agency was the IPA’s Effectiveness Agency of the Year twice, and Campaign’s Agency of the Year three times.
At Isobar she developed innovative digital strategies and platforms over a period when the agency was named a leader in Gartner's Magic Quadrant three years in a row.
In 2022, Pats was part of the team that developed Dentsu Creative’s integrated new proposition; the agency was recognised as Cannes Lions Agency of the Year in its first year of existence, and in 2024 was awarded the Grand Prix for Creative Strategy. Pats’ work has been recognised at awards shows from Cannes Lions to D&AD, The One Show, the Clios, Effies and the IPA Effectiveness Awards.
She has previously judged the WARC Effectiveness Awards, the Cannes Lions Creative Effectiveness Awards, and was President of the Media Jury at the 2023 D&AD Awards.
