Prior to WPP, Tebogo held leadership roles at top-tier consulting firms, including McKinsey & Company, Monitor Consulting, and Bain & Company, where she led client engagements focused on organizational effectiveness, transformation and performance improvement. Her experience includes advising large corporates and state-owned entities on go-to-market strategies and operational improvements. Tebogo is an African Leadership Institute and Aspen Global Leadership Fellow, and was selected as a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader.
