Biography
A pioneering marketing executive, Tina Manikas is known for her vision and relentless pursuit of innovative commerce strategies, capabilities, and creative solutions to grow brands and solve their commercial challenges. She is the Global Head of Connected Commerce at Omnicom Commerce and its award-winning group of agencies and recently served as President of Tracy-Locke at Omnicom. Tina firmly believes in harnessing creativity, technology, and commerce experience to amplify brand and sales potential. Before this, Tina was President of FCB/RED, where she propelled the agency to the #1-ranked U.S. Shopper Marketing position, and earlier, served as Chief Global Retail Officer at DraftWorldwide, solidifying her trailblazer reputation in the industry.
Tina’s contributions have earned widespread recognition, including being named Advertising Woman of the Year by the Chicago Ad Federation. Accolades include the Women of Excellence award from the Path-to-Purchase Institute, the Leadership Award from Asia Retail Congress, and the distinction of serving as President of the Jury for both Cannes Lions and Spikes Asia. Under her leadership, Tina’s teams have won 15 consecutive years of Effie awards, achieved top-five campaign rankings on Warc, and contributed to seven Cannes Lion-winning campaigns. She has developed transformative work on iconic brands for Burger King, PepsiCo, AB InBev, Mars, P&G, LEGO, Kellanova, Coca-Cola, Yum and more.
