You've decided you want to come to Cannes Lions. Now all you need to do is pay for your pass.

Which currencies do you accept?

All payments must be made in Euro (€). We do not accept any other currency.

Do your prices include tax?

All prices on our website exclude TVA, however please note this will be included once you proceed to checkout.

TVA @ 20% will be charged on top of all delegate passes and transaction fees, however if your invoicing country is France and you have a valid TVA number, you will not be charged TVA.

TVA may be reclaimable via your local tax representative.

What methods of payment are accepted?

Delegates can pay prior to the Festival with:

• VISA • MasterCard • American Express • Bank Transfer/Invoice

How do I pay by Bank Transfer/Invoice?

If you have completed your registration by choosing Bank Transfer, our account details are as follows:

It is imperative that you cover all bank charges; otherwise your registration(s) may be refused.

Please ensure that payment is made in Euros and arrives at our bank in Euros.

Once the transfer has been made, please email proof of payment to our Finance Team, quoting the order reference number(s) you are paying for (you can find this in the subject header of your confirmation email you received when you completed the online booking).

Please note all invoicing is done post event as per our Terms and Conditions. Payment is required immediately. By completing checkout via Bank Transfer you are entering a binding contract by which you are required to make payment in full. To find out more see our Terms and Conditions

Is there a deadline to pay by Bank Transfer?

Yes, from 00.01 GMT Monday 5 June 2023 it will no longer be possible to checkout via Bank Transfer. After this date, you will only be able to choose Pay with Credit Card or Pay at the Festival. Please note an admin fee of €95 + TVA will apply per pass booked via Pay at Festival. 

Please note that we must have received payment before you collect your badge onsite at Registration, you will otherwise be asked to pay at the desk. Please contact our Finance Team with your Order Reference to pay for your invoice or to send proof of payment.

Delegates can pay at the Festival with:

• VISA • MasterCard  • American Express • Cash (Euro only)

I think I have made a duplicate payment. What happens now?

Please contact our Finance Team and they will advise how to proceed.

What do I do once I have completed my bank transfer?

Please email confirmation of your bank transfer, including your Order Reference number (found in the subject header of your confirmation email), to our Finance Team.

What options do I have if my credit card is declined?

It is advisable to contact your card issuing bank to authorise them to release the appropriate funds. Another alternative is a payment by Bank Transfer/Invoice. 

Can I receive a refund or credit if I cancel my booking?

We regret that the Festival office will be unable to offer refunds or credits for any current or future Festivals. However, it is possible to replace a delegate, via the My Orders section of your My Account area. Find out more about replacements here.
