Alongside her agency role, Kate is passionate about championing the next generation of talent and is a mentor with Bloom, supporting women in communications to develop their careers. She is also co-host of the Empower Podcast, where she explores the ideas, people and movements shaping the future of marketing, media and leadership through conversations with industry leaders and changemakers.
