Biography

Natalie Moores is the Brand Futures Director at Smarts, responsible for spearheading the future services programme and developing a differentiated, future-proofed positioning to the market, as well as working on strategic projects for clients such as The LEGO Group, People’s Postcode Lottery and Tommy Hilfiger. Before joining Smarts, she co-ran brand consultancy Mac+Moore for almost a decade, working with clients such as NOW TV, Unilever, Lindt and Transport for London. A keen public speaker, she has experience speaking at the WACL Festival of Talent at Sky, speaking about AI at Google and creativity and copywriting at Fix Fest. Outside of work, she is a published poet. She won the Overton Poetry prize in 2018 with her debut pamphlet collection, Single Girl Lies Hidden, published shortly after. Her work has been featured in various publications both in print and online. She’s also both a keen spoken word performer and creative writing workshop facilitator.
