Pati Giemza is an expert in the creator economy and the CEO of StayOnSocial, the leading talent management agency in Mexico and LATAM, representing some of the most influential content creators in the region. Her mission is to help professionalise the creator industry in the Latin American market by bringing a global perspective shaped by her education in Europe and the United States.

Pati has been recognised by Forbes as a leader in the creator industry, achieving a major milestone with her agency becoming the only one in LATAM to have 11 talents featured on the cover of Forbes. In 2025, she was also named one of the “25 Most Influential Marketing Leaders in LATAM” by Adweek LATAM and Líderes Mexicanos and recognised by Forbes as one of the “100 Most Powerful Women in Mexico”.
