Thea Skelton joined Lions as VP Festivals in January 2024. Prior to that, she was running Dubai Lynx, the Middle East and North Africa’s sister Festival to Cannes Lions. Thea has worked across a diverse range of events during her career – including numerous large-scale experiential campaigns, awards, activations, summits and events for government, media, consumers and luxury brands. She started her career at Guardian News and Media, where she managed a range of sponsorships and events. Thea loves creating unique experiences through events and has a fundamental belief that creativity is at the heart of all good business.
