Victoria Bachan is the Co-Founder and CEO of Hyphen. Formerly Global President of Sixteenth, she led 43 managers and a roster of 300-plus diverse creators, driving international expansion and partnerships with talent including Doug the Pug, Jess Secrest, Taylor Price, Kelsey Dangerous, and Nami Matcha Founder Ashley Alexander. Her past work includes launching and pioneering TikTok houses for Black and Latinx creators and helping to build creator-led brands such as Nonipup and Nami Matcha. A seasoned digital executive, Victoria has held roles at Whalar, Authentic Talent, Sony Music and CAA, brokering deals with brands from Nike to Amazon. A recognised authority in the creator economy, she has spoken at Cannes Lions, VidCon, contributes to Rolling Stone and has been honoured by Campaign US, Business Insider and Variety. She mentors South Asian leaders and supports Play Inspired.
