Anastacia Lee is the CEO and Executive Producer of DBLA, a hybrid production studio based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. With over nine years of experience in the creative industry, she has been leading the studio in developing projects that blend storytelling, craft, and commercial strategy. Her approach focuses on collaboration, cultural relevance, and a strong narrative voice.

Under Anastacia’s leadership, DBLA has become one of the most recognized studios in Central Asia, and the first in Uzbekistan to be shortlisted at the Cannes Lions Festival. The studio’s work has also received accolades from international and regional awards such as Epica, Red Jolbors, and KIAF.

In 2024, Anastacia joined the jury of Spikes Asia, evaluating entries in the Film Craft category. The same year, she served as Jury President at the Tashkent Advertising Festival, contributing to the development and recognition of local talent.

Anastacia is passionate about building creative bridges between local and global markets, and believes in the power of authentic stories told with integrity and craft. She continues to foster a production culture that values both innovation and purpose.
