Ari Weiss is the Global Chief Creative Officer at DDB Worldwide. Under his leadership, DDB has been named Global Network of the Year at D&AD, One Show, El Ojo De Iberomerica, Spikes Asia, and ADC. He has also won over 200 Cannes Lions including 5 Grands Prix.
Despite leading a global network, Weiss can’t help but stay involved in the work. In his time as Global CCO he has helped pen numerous campaigns for Skittles, Starburst, Twix, Miller Lite, Coors Light and McDonald’s.
In addition to his creative accolades, Weiss led the redesign of the agency’s visual identity and helped unify the immensely talented network of global creatives with the network’s first gender-balanced Global Creative Council.
Weiss honed his craft at creative boutiques including Cliff Freeman & Partners, Goodby Silverstein & Partners, Wieden + Kennedy, and Bartle Bogle Hegarty. Weiss brings this creative boutique experience to DDB, enabling creative excellence on a global scale. He lives in Tribeca New York with his three children and wife Dara.
