As Chief Diversity Officer and Head of Sustainability of dentsu Japan, Atsuko Kuchiba is responsible for leading DEI and sustainability initiatives across more than 150 companies within dentsu Japan. She drives movements that are transforming society and the organization itself through collaboration with various partners.

Another important role Atsuko holds is as a director at Dentsu Solari Inc., where she oversees businesses that employ about 100 individuals with disabilities. Her goal is to drive Disability Innovation by integrating their abilities with creativity and technology.

Atsuko began her career at Dentsu Thailand. After working as an account executive for several years, she joined Dentsu JHQ, where she has led projects as a strategic planner across various industries and domains. Her experience includes business development, integrated marketing planning, CRM, and launching SDGs projects aimed at promoting food circulation in local communities by connecting consumers, businesses, and government through Web3 technology.

Atsuko also serves as Chair of the DE&I Committee of the Japan Advertising Agencies Association, convener of the PRIDE 1000 Corporate Executive Ally Network, and co-founder of NPO 'Megurumachi,' which focuses on creating local food circulation in the Kanagawa area of Japan.
